I’m a therapist who helps adults and teens move past the heavy weight of trauma and PTSD. I specialize in helping people reclaim the time and energy often lost to painful memories, being on "high alert," and feeling stuck in the past. I am passionate about helping my clients find their voice again, settle their nervous systems, and finally feel safe in their own bodies. Living with trauma is exhausting. When your past feels like it is still happening today, it can steal your joy and make it hard to trust yourself.
