Dr. Harnsberger's Group Practice, Wellesley Counseling and Wellness, is accepting new referrals at wellesleycw.com. My job is to help individuals and families navigate complex living situations. I do so by creating a safe place for individuals to explore their inner thoughts and actions, and guide them to better understand their roles and opportunities in the world. I specialize in working with the adolescent, college-aged and adult populations, and the challenges that come from it, particularly anxiety, academic stress, adjustment issues, relationship issues, depression and ADHD. I have received training in motivational interviewing, solutions focused therapy, trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy, and I specialize in treating depression & adjustment disorders, ADHD, anxiety-related issues, learning difficulties, stress management, life transitions, relationship problems, infidelity, & separation/divorce.
