I'm a firm believer that all humans have to cultivate their physical, relational, and psychological wellbeing. Working with me, you'll be challenged to make active investments in these three areas. We'll work to untangle any messy threads in the tapestry of your life and weave them into something you find beautiful. As a therapist, I find the most enjoyment in helping people sort through their relational difficulties (unsupportive parents, difficult romantic partnerships, challenging friendships, etc.).
