I use an eclectic, person-centered approach to treatment, personalizing my approach to best fit each individual and their goals. I work with individuals seeking counseling for various different reasons. So what do sessions look like with me? I value building strong therapeutic relationships with clients to help them feel comfortable and heard as they share their lives with me. I am a compassionate and empathetic counselor, and I truly care about the well-being of my clients. I find that support and collaborative skill building are extremely valuable to help others achieve their life goals, whatever they may be.
