I work with men who feel stuck and overwhelmed. Often, there are elements of depression or anxiety that makes it difficult get un-stuck especially as they try to navigate it by themselves. When this happens, for some reason the unpleasant emotions persist, unwanted behaviors continue, and we still feel stuck and overwhelmed. If this sounds like your story, then I can help.
