Whether working with individuals or couples, I offer a warm, attuned space to explore patterns, relationships, and emotional experience with honesty and care. I pay close attention to what’s said, how it’s said, and how our dynamic reveals deeper layers of your experience. This experiential, relational process supports reconnection to needs, boundaries, and vitality. I work with those navigating everyday challenges as well as the lasting effects of complex or acute trauma—always grounded in authentic contact and collaborative presence. I’m trained in dialogic Gestalt therapy, which centers authentic contact and mutual presence, and in the Trauma Integration Protocol (TIP), a somatic approach to resolving relational and physical trauma. My work supports clients in making meaning, restoring connection, and deepening their capacity for aliveness—in relationship and within themselves.
