The process of finding someone that you trust to work with you in some of your most tender moments can be incredibly intimidating. I place great emphasis on building the therapeutic relationship in order to create a comfortable and judgment-free environment where even the darkest parts of you can feel safe to come out and be tended to. I meet clients where they are and empower them to work through old narratives. I specialize in addressing sexual trauma, intimacy issues, open/poly relationships, and the sex worker community. I would be honored to talk with you and see if we would be a good match in your process of healing. Our work together will draw from ACT, IFS, DBT, and Existential Psychotherapy. Additional modalities such as guided meditation, breathwork, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy may aid us in furthering deep healing and transformation. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and tenderness.
