Dr. Pauline Boss notes that, "Resilience is based on being able to accept ambiguity and find hope amid uncertain conditions, " this notion is one that is central to my clinical practice. We all have points in our lives when stress, change, or loss may leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what lies ahead. The opportunity to warmly welcome clients into my office to re-gain their center, tap into internal resources, and nurture the development of new strategies is one I welcome each time I meet someone new. I have over 26 years of clinical experience: My specialities with children, teens and adults include : depression and anxiety counseling, parenting support, grief issues, work and career issues, stress management, attention deficit issues, gender identity and sexual orientation, and adjusting to life stressors and transitions.
