I have worked with kids, adolescents, young adults, couples, and families from all different walks of life, for most of my career. I have worked in Mental Health for the last 6 years, and it is here I have found my passion to help clients find healing and to live fully authentic lives. My approach to therapy is to create client centered spaces where my clients feel safe to be vulnerable, to process their trauma and mental health struggles, and to ultimately, reconnect with their true self. I incorporate modalities of CBT, DBT, EMDR, ABFT, ACT, therapeutic art, experiential activities and somatic awareness as appropriate.
