I am passionate about working with a variety of ages from children through older adults. I am energized by working with people who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting stressors, grief and loss, postpartum mood disorders, individuals who are neurodiverse as well as the LGBTQ+ population. Whether a client is interested in exploring their past, navigating the present or gaining coping strategies, I do my best to meet a client where they are at, and support them in reaching their goals.
