As a therapist, I view counseling as a collaborative journey in healing and growth. I strive to provide a comfortable, confidential, affirming and non-judgmental space where clients can engage in an interactive process. I have extensive experience working with anxiety and mood disorders, self-esteem, relationship concerns, family conflict, emotion regulation, self harm, grief and loss, and trauma. Additionally, I'm a certified perinatal mental health professional and I am passionate about working with women and couples who are in the process of trying to conceive, pregnant, or in the postpartum stage of life. In my practice I offer individual and couples counseling. Telehealth sessions are available to clients who could benefit from a more flexible approach to therapy. Via telehealth, I can see clients throughout the states of Alabama and Virginia.
