Hi, I’m Bryonna Davis, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and life transitions. My style is warm and flexible, and I pull from approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, person-centered, solution-focused, and play therapy to best support your needs. In our first few sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building trust. From there, we’ll keep strengthening our connection while working on skills you can actually use. I’m passionate about helping you tap into your strengths and find the solutions that already live within you.
