Hi there, I'm Bryson. Oftentimes when we think that things couldn’t get any worse, they don’t; they get better. I practice through the lens and awareness of how people's unique experiences impact their mental health and personal challenges. Using this individualistic perspective and in consideration of your particular needs, I approach therapy using various models of intervention including CBT, ACT, mindfulness techniques, solution-focused brief therapy, and more.
