Hello! My name is Budy (pronounced Beauty) . I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience working as therapist, Director and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting problems, and navigating the child welfare system. I am experienced in treating physical trauma, emotional and sexual abuse. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I consider the client/therapist relationship to be the most important thing in counseling. I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity & compassion. I have been providing therapy in many different treatment areas such as private practice, non-profit, residential treatment center and family foster care. I have experience in trauma, critical incident response and debrief, dually-diagnosed clients, child sexual abuse and mentally illness. I use many approaches such as CBT, TF-CBT, and Solution Focused.
