Healing happens in connection. In my work with individuals, I draw from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP)—approaches that honor both the wisdom of the body and the power of safe relationships. My role is to accompany you with compassion and skill so together we can experience new ways of being and relating. Furthermore, I am Certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I help parents of 2 to 10-year-old kids by translating complex attachment and development concepts into doable and effective parenting strategies that help families connect; including families with children and parents who have ADD/ADHD.
