Originally from New York City, my life exposure started very young, with a range of cultures and demographics. I attained my Masters degree and license to practice Marital and Family Therapy in the year 2000. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, action oriented, strength based and experiential. I assist clients, individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents in recognizing their capacities for change. With coaching I empower and motivate them to use these skills into alternative areas of their lives they wish to improve the quality of their lives in both in their relationships with themselves and others.
