Choosing a therapist feels overwhelming, the right connection can change your whole experience. Whether you’ve been in therapy before or it’s your first time, taking the steps to get started is the hardest part. Daily life can be challenging and stressful. Managing daily responsibilities, work, significant others/family/friends; on top of stress of anxiety, that sometimes comes out of no where, depression and/or relationship issues can feel impossible. Learning to balance it all seems out of reach, but it doesn't have to. I have extensive experience in helping people manage through these difficulties and more. I also work with couples to have a happier marriage/relationship, communicate better, work through separation/divorce and build blended families/co-parent.
