I'm here to remind you that our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful parts of us. My approach is totally tailored to you. It is as unique as you are. It is non-judgmental in nature, and I will meet you where you are and will go to a pace that is comfortable for you. I'm interested in honoring your past and how it affects your present using art as a tool to express yourself. Art not only invokes emotions, but it will help you express feelings and events that might be too difficult to share with words. Art is a universal language. There is no right or wrong when it comes to art making. As a bilingual counselor, I primarily work with adolescents and young adults (BIPOC) who are facing challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, mood disorders, attachment issues, personality disorders, and grief.
