I would love to be able to help clients navigate the journey of healing and growth in therapy. I have over a decade of experience in the field of mental health in inpatient and outpatient settings. I have experience and training to address PTSD symptoms as well as mood disorders. I have experience with ADHD and anger management as well. I have training and have facilitated group therapy to affirm and strengthen gender identities/sexual orientations for teenage clients. I am a firm believer in authenticity as a therapist. I often use pop culture to help my child and adolescent clients understand life lessons and topics discussed.
