I practice in a way that will invite you to name what is important to you and together we will discover, recover and enlist available resources that will help you address the problems in your life. Based on your feedback, we may make adjustments in what we talk about, how we talk about it, or what words we use to describe things that are important to you. What makes our time worthwhile is different for each person and what works for you is what matters most.
