My approach is to meet each person where they are emotionally, to assess their vulnerabilities, and their assets, and to engage those assets in the pursuit of the solutions they seek. I am a licensed MFT and also hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology. I have supported the growth of many people over the last 20 years, including those challenged by substance use and related diagnoses, as well as supporting their families, and others faced by anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and struggles to find meaning in life.
