As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Clinical Supervisor, I use a person-centered, mindfulness-informed approach that emphasizes self-awareness, skill development, and ethical practice. I enjoy working collaboratively with therapy clients while also mentoring clinicians and supervisees as they build confidence, clinical judgment, and professional identity.
