I work with individuals or families who are not living the lives they want to live. This could be due to substance use disorder, sexual addiction, chronic pain, mental health issues, life circumstances or the natural progression of change. I do not believe therapy needs to be a somber or gut-wrenching experience, but it can be uncomfortable. This does not mean it can not also be invigorating and pleasant. I offer HIPAA- compliant tele therapy via video conference for those who travel frequently, physically unable to make an office visit or outside of the geographic location. I have experience working with people at all different phases of recovery and and will meet you where you need to be met, but plan to help raise you to where you would like to be. I have extensive experience working with various substance abuse issues and mental health diagnosis.
