Life happens. In the most challenging moments, it helps to have a therapist who is prepared to help you navigate life's challenges with a holistic perspective. I have years of experience helping clients navigate difficult individual pressures associated with communication, anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflict, and grief. At its best, therapy explores the intersection of one's mind (thoughts and emotions), body (physical responses), and spirit (sense of meaning and purpose). My approach to therapy is oriented toward the 'whole self'. I journey with clients to discover healthier paths and meaningful life change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received dual master's degrees from Mercer University and a doctorate from Emory University, and I have been practicing for 18 years. I help adults struggling with life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and personal growth find a better way forward.
