We know that you want to be a powerfully resilient woman. Someone with agency and confidence, who is ready to step up and break the cycle. You are busy and overwhelmed and don't want to waste time and money just talking about the problem of the week. We believe healing requires treating your mind AND body. That's why we offer integrated trauma treatment for women, combining traditional therapy with somatic practices. We focus on nervous system regulation, in both our therapy sessions and wellness services. Our therapists are EMDR trained and use polyvagal theory and somatic practices to help you feel better faster. We also offer Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), and Tension, Stress and Trauma Release (TRE).
