My ideal clients are adults and adolescents who want to accelerate their healing and feel empowered to achieve their dreams. My passion is in serving individuals who are affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress & issues in relationships, college/career, caregiving, or illness. I specialize in providing trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and culturally responsive therapeutic services to individuals who have experienced traumatic and/or stressful life experiences and who want to heal their pain and feel empowered.
