Hi! I’m glad you’re here. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my goal is to create a safe space for you to be able to explore your feelings and thoughts in whatever situation you find yourself in. My priority is creating a safe therapeutic relationship, and modifying my approaches to meet your goals and needs. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, and I believe you are the expert in your own life. It is an honor and privilege to hear your story. My specialties include grief, trauma, family dynamics, and relationships.
