Hello! My name is Cailin and I am so glad you’re here. As an experienced clinical social worker, I have worked for the past decade to help adolescents and young adults ages 14-26 in various settings. This time in one’s life is filled with transition, identity development, and emerging independence, and these changes can create anxiety, worry, changing moods, and lack of self-esteem in many. In addition to the normative developmental changes, young people today face a myriad of new and ever-evolving challenges in the age of social media, societal unrest+ uncertainty, and significant pressure to experience success.
