I am a licensed professional counselor in the states of CT and TX, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of NY. I have over 15 years of experience working with anxiety, depression and trauma. I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment in which you can process anything past or present that is impacting your life and together we will work on ways to help navigate those issues in a way that makes life feel more manageable. I believe in a collaborative approach and tailor therapy to the individual.
