Welcome! I offer therapy specializing in trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions (including divorce), anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, and support for the LGBTQIA+ community. I work with children, teens, adults, and families, always honoring each person’s pace to foster self-actualization, resilience, and personal growth. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from mindfulness practices, somatic experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and solution-focused techniques to support emotional regulation and healing. With children, I use a similarly client-led model that incorporates play and creative expression as tools for exploration and connection.
