I believe everyone’s story holds strength—even in the tough chapters. My goal is to create a warm, comfortable space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. I’m a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s from Walden University and a longtime Wesley Chapel local. I support children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Using play, creativity, and conversation, I help clients express themselves, build coping skills, and uncover the resilience already within them.
