I approach therapy as a healing and educational process that supports spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. My work focuses on supporting Black women reconnecting with themselves after long periods of caregiving, high responsibility, or emotional fatigue. I view therapy as a space for reflection, meaning-making, and increased self-awareness. Together, we explore how early experiences, cultural values, and generational patterns shape present-day stress, relationships, and self-concept.
