I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience helping individuals, children, and families navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in working with diagnostically complex children, as well as children with anxiety, ADHD, ASD, and mood disorders who may be struggling to thrive at home, in a traditional school setting, or in their social realm. I also specialize in working with parents/guardians and family members in how to best connect with and care for their child. I work with adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
