I offer a safe and inviting space to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and explore how to get there. I enjoy working with individuals who approach therapy with a sense of curiosity. Together we will delve into your past and your present to see how they intersect. We learn a lot about ourselves from our dynamics with others so we'll take a look at your relationships, and whether your needs are being met. We'll identify your goals and action steps around how to achieve them. I strive to be a partner in growth and change. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor working in Denver, Colorado. I hope to create a partnership with you to engage in work that leads to lasting growth, change and ultimately a sense of peace. I am offering both in-person and virtual sessions.
