Life is truly a journey, and that journey looks completely different for everyone. I have worked with individuals with a variety of conditions including: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Body Image Concerns, Substance Use Issues, Adjustment Issues, and Self-Esteem. Each journey comes with ups and downs, and it is important to have support and encouragement along the way! I strive to meet all my clients exactly where they are at in life and work collaboratively with them to ensure that our sessions are geared towards their specific goals. We are all unique individuals that feel and process life experiences in our own way.
