Is the idea of therapy scary to you? Sitting down, sharing about your life, your emotions and your experiences with someone you don't know can be overwhelming. I strive to make the therapeutic process comfortable and safe for my clients. My clients would describe me as "easy to talk to" and would say working with me "doesn't feel like cliché therapy". I value a genuine human connection with my clients. Through individual therapy, you can begin to see changes in the way you think, feel and behave. You will notice an improvement in self-esteem, emotional regulation, communication skills and within your interpersonal relationships. I work with individuals ages 12 and up. I am now offering In-Person appointments for Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
