I am particularly passionate about working with adults and couples who are struggling with trauma, mood disorders, anxiety and relationship issues. I aim to guide individuals into overcoming internalized shame and guilt, embracing self-compassion, and finding their voice. As someone who felt like she didn’t always have a voice, I hope to provide the space for others to explore their own experiences and identities to ultimately find peace and authenticity. I have worked as a therapist for five years and have experience working with individuals and couples in multiple communities.
