I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals navigating life’s most challenging moments. I know reaching out for help can be difficult but I aim to foster a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their life experiences and meet their goals. I am to walk alongside clients through life’s transitions, including pregnancy and postpartum adjustments, career changes, relationship shifts, and other personal challenges. I also specializes in supporting postpartum mothers and fathers, as well as individuals experiencing depression and anxiety symptoms.
