I understand the courage it takes to reach out for help when you may be feeling the most vulnerable due to mental health conditions, life circumstances, or a combination of things. Because of this, all of my sessions are rooted in deep empathy and kindness. My goal is to help each of my clients recognize their ability to gain insight, learn coping skills, and utilize these in their day-to-day life.
