Life can sometimes feel like you’ve been dropped into the middle of the wilderness, you have no map or known tools to help guide you and it’s so dark that you can’t see any discernable path forward. As a certified grief therapist, I am exceedingly passionate about supporting those struggling to navigate a loss.
