Are you feeling stuck? Unsure why? Or, are you navigating an emotionally distressing situation and feel unsure of how to move forward? If so, I may be able to help. It seems throughout life many challenges arise. Some challenges affect our ability to function amongst our daily stressors, and it can be incredibly difficult to navigate these challenges alone. You don't have to. I believe you are the captain of your life, allow me to be a helpful part of your team. I can provide a safe space for you to process distress and to explore further your psychological and social needs. I am passionate in supporting clients with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, addiction, grief, and conflictual interpersonal relationships. I am trained in and integrate EMDR therapy, IFS (parts work), mindfulness centered approaches, DBT, sensorimotor approaches, and General Psychiatric Management for BPD.
