Welcome! I specialize in helping Millenials and GenXers in California who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, low self-worth and relational challenges and want to find more ease in their day to day lives. Often times these patterns can trace back to deeply rooted learnings that exist below the conscious level. I guide people to make these learnings conscious and then to update and transform them. My approach to therapy is client-centered, relational, and trauma-informed, tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
