Self esteem and confidence is something that I work on with every client I treat. While I work with adults of all ages, I specialize in treating millennial issues such as failure to launch, relationship issues, moving through past traumas, feeling stuck/uncertain, and planning for the future. In addition, I treat issues related to hopelessness, low confidence, and low motivation. I work with my clients to help them understand themselves as a whole, instead of focusing only on their symptoms.
