Hi, I’m Caitlin and I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 8 years of experience working with individuals of all ages. I have a passion for supporting both children and adults through life’s challenges, helping them navigate emotional hurdles, develop coping strategies, and build stronger, more resilient lives. I believe in the importance of building a strong, trusting relationship with each person, whether child or adult, allowing them to feel heard and understood. My goal is to help individuals develop the tools needed to manage their emotions, improve coping skills, and build resilience. I am trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, where I have experience working with children and parents as a family unit to improve functioning at home. I also integrate additional evidence-based models in my work, including: cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems therapy to create a supportive and empowering environment.
