Many of the preteens, teens and young adults I work with are smart, driven, and look like they have it all together but inside, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. They’re juggling school, activities, and pressure to be perfect, and it can feel like there’s no space to just be themselves. They often tell me they have a lot to say but no one they feel safe saying it to. Even with supportive people around, fear of judgment or being “too much” gets in the way. I offer a space where they can be real. No pressure, no fixing- just support.
