Being human can be messy, confusing, and can honestly be really hard sometimes. I believe therapy is not about fixing you, because you're not broken. It’s about creating a space where your inner world can be explored with compassion, honesty, and curiosity. I support kids, teens, young adults, adults, and new or expecting mothers/father’s who are overwhelmed by anxiety/depression, struggling with life transitions, feeling disappointed/frustrated with their relationships, and are just feeling exhausted by trying to handle it all alone.
