I’m a licensed psychologist based in New York City, working with teens, young adults, and parents. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-harm and suicidal ideation, sleep difficulties, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and life transitions. I also work with parents supporting a child through emotional or behavioral challenges who need space for themselves. I bring a thoughtful and grounded approach to help clients better understand their emotions and feel more equipped to navigate difficult moments.
