As a counselor, I strive to create a safe, trusting, and open therapeutic environment where clients feel supported in their vulnerability and openness. I believe that allowing space for honest reflection and emotional processing is an essential part of healing and personal growth. By working through emotional challenges, life transitions, and mental health struggles, clients can experience meaningful change and improved well-being in their daily lives. I specialize in supporting women through pre- and postnatal challenges, including infertility, miscarriage, and postpartum mood changes. I also help women navigate life transitions, manage stress, and build healthier ways of thinking and coping with emotions.
