I specialize in working with adolescents and adults on issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, identity, and burnout. I am passionate about helping my clients uncover their natural gifts and utilizing those gifts to live a more vibrant and meaningful life. My experience includes over a decade of therapeutic practice, a Fulbright grant in Vienna, Austria, and former work as a psychiatric clinical research coordinator. I have worked with a multitude of cultures and ages in both community mental health and medical settings. I am very down-to earth and collaborative in my approach to treatment. I enjoy using warmth, creativity, and humor to help my clients feel comfortable and safe in our work together. I utilize both talk therapy and art therapy. Many of my clients elect to participate in talk therapy only, so you will not be forced to make art if you do not wish to.
