I work with adults who are navigating the demands of life in a culture where support is hard to come-by. Here, you are welcomed into a safe, inclusive, warm and non-judgmental environment to share your story and feelings and learn how to accept, honor and cope with them to live a more balanced and full life. I truly love helping others and guiding them toward discovery (or re-discovery) of themselves. My background is in perinatal mental health and college mental health counseling, and I have specialized training and experience in perinatal and postpartum mental health, as well as trauma sensitive yoga and breath training.
